Engineered Design
 Build Gates uses a unique system designed by a professional architect, which consists of an interior engineered steel support system erected inside the pillars. The hinges of the gates attach directly to this steel support, rather than to the masonry, preventing the constant opening and closing of the gate from moving the pillars over the years.
Other benefits to this system include:
- The electrical/solar controls and batteries are hidden inside the pillars, giving a clean and attractive exterior to both sides of the gate
- The inner controls can always be accessed to allow adjustment should the gates require realignment at any time.
Gates
The gates are made of the finest quality aluminum available, 6061-T6 rust free wrought aluminum alloy. This superior material ensures durability and resiliency while providing quality dent resistance and lasting beauty. A unique 8 weld system of welding also guarantees a high level of stability and strength. The gates are available in many designs and styles, with numerous customizing options, and come with a lifetime structural warranty.
Hinges
Each gate comes standard with ball bearing hinges, so the gates move smoothly and effortlessly. The hinges are equipped with grease fittings which allow for easy lubrication.
Pillars
 Build Gates includes 2 pillars with each driveway gate system, finished in your choice of stone, brick, or stucco. The columns are quality constructed, resting on poured concrete footings 4 feet below ground. Pillars are topped with concrete caps and optional décor, such as lights, concrete globes, gargoyles, etc.
